Nordmann's are flushing nicely. They've had their stems "top stopped" and bird perches attached. Will wait for a little more growth on their new leaders before applying the first growth regulator. Loving all this drissly rain, its bringing everything on nicely and means we don't have to turn on the tap yet. 🤞

A few days hiking in the Norweign Mountains and found some Norway Spruce in their native surroundings.

All 10,000 trees fed this week. Big ones and little ones. The mist blower is too much for the little ones so I use a knapsack to apply the fertilizer.

Busy planting today and noticed the large Spruce are about to flush. Spring has certainly sprung. We have improved the tracks around the plantation and added more rabbit fencing to keep the pests out.
