we’ve never wanted to serve matcha just for the sake of having it on the menu

we’ve spent a lot of time learning about matcha, from how it’s grown and stone-ground to the different flavours, grades and qualities you can find

and once you have the right matcha, how you prepare it matters too. the temperature, the whisking and the little details all make a difference to the final cup

it’s something we’ve spent a lot of time learning about, because we want every matcha we serve to be one we’re proud of 😋
