Cut of the Month: Shoulder of Lamb 🍂

As we head into September, Shoulder of Lamb is a brilliant choice for slower, comforting meals.

It’s full of flavour, beautifully tender when cooked low and slow, and can be prepared in plenty of different ways: bone-in, b***d and rolled, diced for curries, or marinated for something a little different.

Keep it simple with salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary, then cook slowly until it falls apart beautifully.

Perfect for Sunday lunches, family meals and cosy evenings as we move into the new season.
