Purely Clear Preserves Purely Clear Preserves are locally sourced, locally made and locally sold. They are clear, vibrant and jewel like and have infinitely more uses than jam.

A premium product, perfect for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and dessert. I developed my own label preserves in the summer of 2012, inspired by my love of using wild or unwanted fruit, and making colourful food. The process of producing jelly is much more time consuming than jam making. The result is a luxury jewel like preserve. Most of the fruit i use is picked within close to my home

in Hertford. My kitchen was given a 5* rating by East Herts Council. A current list of outlets can be found on my website www.purelyclearpreserves.com
