I was SO excited to make this 14” vintage berry cake for V&T’s London wedding.

Their bespoke flavour included a cream cheese SMBC, filled with amaretto soaked fresh strawberries and amaretto vanilla bean sponge.

I bet you can’t guess how many berries were used in the making of this🤪🍇🍓🫐
