It’s ok Rafael, I didn’t want to use your cria fleece anyway! 🙈🤣 In all our years of alpacas, we’ve NEVER had a cria so determined from day dot to absolutely destroy his own fleece! Does he care? Does he heck! 🤣 He struts about looking as pleased with himself as if he’s just won Best in Show! 😂🦙

He was born too late for cria shearing, so I think he’s decided to take matters into his own hands… one tree, fence m, hayheck and scratchy surface at a time! 🤦‍♀️🤣❤️

I do love the autumn sundowns obviously black alpacas suit this best 😉😜

Bingfield Taos

Orphaned at just 10 days old after we sadly lost his mum, Santa Fe 💔
Now, 8 weeks on, he’s absolutely thriving — full of energy and acting like he runs the whole farm 😂🦙
He’s been lovingly adopted by Indie and her son Zion, and fits right in 🥰 (Indie is happy to be mum/auntie… just not for milk duty! 🤣)

From sleepless bottle feeds to seeing him now happy, cheeky and full of life, it’s been incredibly special ❤️
We miss his mum dearly, but Taos is a beautiful reminder that joy can still grow from heartbreak 🥹
