Time for another competition over on Instagram this bank holiday weekend!

Roots is a celebration of our journey. We got the original crew back together (Daf, Ric & Sam, joined by Stephen, Toby and George from our Bird in Bush days) to brew up some magic using the newest top-tier hops and cutting-edge techniques.

The result? A big, juicy, hazy IPA, packed with Bru-1, El Dorado and Cryo Krush hops. You can expect aromas of citrus zest and mango with a rounded flavour of ripe tropical fruits and orange juice, alongside a satisfyingly thick and oaty body.

New in this week is 'Where's Your Head At?' in bottle (also available in cask) a pale ale brewed with rye. This is the newest of our beers which supports local good causes. For every pint of WYHA? sold we donate to Heart Wood, a Northumberland based charity which supports men's mental health. Just in time for the bank holiday weekend, it’s time to introduce you to beer #3 of our '10 Beers for 10 Years' anniversary series.

Belling-Jam is a subtle reminder of the correct way to pronounce the name of our wonderful village here in Northumberland, and we were proud to work alongside the Northumbrian Pantry to forage and process the local fruits for this sour beer.

This is very much where it's at for us. Beer brewed with intent; for real connection to truly lovely people and to raise loads of dosh for great causes.

This week we've released beer #2 of our '10 Beers for 10 Years' anniversary series. Embrace / Hazy Pale is now available in can. It was brewed on International Women's Day with a group of women from NE brewing community and the local community. Huge thanks to Moss Folk Designs for the original artwork. Also a big shout out to Hadrian Border Brewery, Stu Brew, Craft Beer Newcastle & Olive & Myrtle for helping to brew the beer!
