We’re often asked which Northumbrian Pantry preserve is the perfect one for a barbecue. It is always surprisingly difficult to answer because so many of them work beautifully, whether used as a marinade, glaze, topping or dip.
So, instead of choosing just one, here are ten of our favourite ways to bring a little Northumbrian Pantry magic to your next BBQ.
