We’ve had lots of people asking about the strange looking veggie turning up in their boxes lately - meet kohlrabi! 🌱👽

Despite its unusual appearance, kohlrabi is a member of the brassica family, related to cabbage, broccoli and kale. It has a crisp texture and a mild, slightly sweet flavour that’s delicious raw in salads, roasted, mashed or added to stir-fries.
