Great to welcome Tim Howe, founder of The Longevity Games, to our latest ‘Lunch & Learn’ session. 💡

Tim delivered a truly inspiring talk, encouraging us all to think more intentionally about how we support our long-term wellbeing and healthy ageing.💪 We particularly enjoyed learning about the role of functional exercise, and how simple, practical movements can be incorporated into our daily routines in fun and easy ways.

The bikes are spinning, the rowers are ready - it's time for the RH Amar Row & Ride-athon for GroceryAid Day! 🚣🚴

Our amazing team are taking on the challenge, giving it their all on the bikes and rowing machines to raise funds for GroceryAid.

Each colleague has 10 minutes to go the distance, every kilometre counts, with RH Amar donating for every kilometre completed. Expect sweat, determination, and a whole lot of team spirit! 💪

A huge thank you to everyone taking part and supporting, including Pegasus Gym who have kindly lent us a bike. Go team! 🙌

Our dedicated in-house e-commerce team works closely with Richard and his wider team to manage Amazon across our brand portfolio – this includes supporting brands who partner with us specifically to accelerate their growth on Amazon. 🚀

We manage over 50 food brands on Amazon, all warehoused in our High Wycombe HQ, with many of our brands now leading their category aisles.📈

We were delighted to welcome some special guests to our HQ recently, as we presented our £10,000 donation to Cancer Research UK – the overall winner of our RH Amar Charity Prize Draw.🎉 This amazing charity was nominated by our brand partner, Weetabix.🌾

A big thank you to David from Weetabix and Josie from Cancer Research UK for joining us on the day. Josie shared a great insight into the incredible work Cancer Research UK is doing - from advancing research across more than 200 types of cancer to raising vital awareness around symptoms and early detection.

We hope that our donation will help play a small part in helping the important work Cancer Research UK does. ❤️
