فرخة كاملة اتبلت ببهارات الصياد الخاصة والمختلفة خالص، واتشويت لحد ما جلدها بقت ذهبية لامعة ومقرمشة من برا، وطرية وساوية من جوة، ومغمورة بصوص الترياكى التايلندي اللي طعمه مميز ما يتقارنش، وفوقها طبقة مشروم طازج اتسوت فى الصوص عشان تمتص كل النكهات الغنية! 😍🔥

النهاردة من مطبخ الصياد… البطاطس مش مجرد بطاطس، دي جيب مليان مفاجآت لذيذة! 🥔🍗🍄🧀❤️

حبة بطاطس كبيرة اتخبزت لحد ما بقت طرية من جوّه، واتفتحت على الآخر عشان تستقبل حشوة غنية من قطع الفراخ والمشروم بالزبدة، وفوقهم جبنة سايحة بتجمع كل النكهات في لقمة واحدة لا تُقاوم! 😍🔥

اللى قدامك مش مجرد أكلة.. دي رائحة كل بيت مصرى أصيل ❤️
صينية الفراخ بالبطاطس.. أشهر وأحب الأكلات اللى ما تغيبش سفرة رمضان ولا أى يوم من السنة 🇪🇬

فراخ متبلة بسر الصياد، متساوية فى الصينية مع شرائح البطاطس الطرية، وتسويت ببطء لحد ما الصوص يتقل وياخد كل النكهة 🧡
ومعاه الرز المصرى الأبيض بالشعرية.. رشة سمن وطعم بياخدك لبيت الجد والجدة على طول 🍚✨

الأكلة اللى تنقظك لما تكونى مستعجلة.. بسيطة، سريعة، والبيت كله بيجري على ريحتها من أول ما تطلع من الفرن 😍

النهاردة من مطبخ الصياد… طبق من أكلات الزمن الجميل، لما الأكل يتعمل على مهله عشان يطلع بكل الحب والطعم الأصيل! ❤️🔥

فخدة لحمة ضاني متتبلة بخلطة الصياد، اتسوت في الفرن على نار هادية لحد ما اللحمة طرّت واتحمّرت من فوق وأخدت اللون الذهبي اللي يفتح النفس. 🥩✨

وتحتها بامية متسبكة في صوص غني بالطماطم وتتبيلة الصياد، اتشربت من عصارة اللحمة وكل النكهات اللي نزلت منها أثناء التسوية… لحد ما بقت طرية، غنية ومليانة طعم! 🍅🌿

ريحة الفرن وهي بتسوى كانت لوحدها حكاية… والنتيجة سفرة كاملة بطعم البيت الأصيل، أكلة تتجمع عليها العيلة وتفضل فاكرين طعمها! 😍❤️

🍽️❤️ أكلتنا النهاردة مختلفة ومميزة… وده مش أي محشي!

طاجن المحشي بالصلصة الثقيلة ودبس الرمان، معمول بهدووووء وبمزاج، ومتساب في الفرن لحد ما الخضار يتشرب الصلصة بكل نكهاتها وتوصل الحكاية لآخرها 😍🔥

مش محشي عادي… ومش حتى دولمة بالمعنى التقليدي.
ده طاجن لوحده حكاية تانية خالص… نكهة أعمق، صوص أغنى، وطعم معمول على رواقة ❤️

عمايل إيدينا من الأول للآخر… من مطبخ الصياد، وبمزاج الصياد طبعًا 😌❤️

🇬🇧 Today’s meal is something completely different… and definitely not your ordinary stuffed vegetables!

Our homemade stuffed-vegetable casserole is slow-baked in a rich tomato sauce with pomegranate molasses, allowing every piece to soak up all those deep, sweet and tangy flavours. 😍🔥

It’s not the usual mahshi, and it’s not quite a traditional dolma either.
It’s a story of its own — richer sauce, deeper flavour, and a slow, patient oven finish that makes all the difference. ❤️
