Transparency Post.
I’ve been running AngryBlackKitchen for almost 4 years now.. 🤯
For the most part I’ve been doing it alone with the help and support of my tribe (closest friends & family) it’s been a hard, laborious and challenging journey and I’ve loved it on some days and hated it on others.. but it has sustained me and mine for so long.
What started as a YouTube show turned into a business and brand and quite frankly grew beyond my wildest dreams and admittedly in some aspects it became what I never anticipated it to be, but because of bill’s & responsibilities I just went wherever it took me.
As I approach the 4 year mark I’m realising I’ve lost my way and in some way my passion, not for food, but in general… so moving forward I’m deciding to take a moment to plan what I want ABK to be and let go of the aspects of the business that are draining me.
I say all this to say please bear with me as I switch up AngryBlackKitchen because I’m burnt out and overwhelmed and just need a moment to structure the business in a way that’s good to me and every single one of you that has supported AngryBlackKitchen over the past 4 years.
I appreciate every single one of you & I hope you stick around to see what we have in store.
