I can't pick (or admit) any favourite dishes, but I'm really looking forward this month to a crumbly puff pastry tart filled with almond frangipane and apples, and served with butterscotch and caramel cream.. Part of our October delivery menus - and its almost time to close the book for for week one - orders close this evening at 6pm.

Oh we LOVE a Wellington! It’s super delicious, but, let’s be honest, a bit of a faff. There’s the venison fillet to prep and sear, mushroom duxelles to prepare, herb pancakes to cook, and then the rolling in pastry bit - so we only do it a couple of times a year as part of our delivery menus. But nothing makes a statement like it. Part of our September menus for delivery anywhere in Ireland.
