Thanks to everyone who came and supported us over the weekend with our events, the beer festival at The Greyhound Pub was great and recieved lots kind words and compliments from the many visitors , it was nice to see some CAMRA members from not only our local branch but also from Derby, Nottingham, Ashby, and Birmingham.
Thanks also to Dale and Drew for entertaining the crowds Friday and Saturday nights.
The New Buildings Brewery Bar in the Mead supporting the Hinckley BID Garden festival was also very popular, again recieving lots of compliments and support from the local community.
Personally I'd like to say a special thanks to all the staff and helpers who got stuck in and made the weekend a success, especially Liz and Emily who even through some dodgy weather kept things going in the Mead.
I'd also like to say an extra special thanks to my amazing wife Louise for not only being the best landlady but also for putting up with me over the last few days!! 😆
The future for NBB is busy busy busy , lots of events and brews coming up , and if you didn't make the beer festival fear not , it will return so keep em peeled.
