Dear Prego customer,

It is with sadness that we have made the very difficult decision to permanently close the Prego business.

With spiralling operational costs, energy, supply chain costs. Further recent changes in governmental policies, vat, rises in NI contributions, and rises in the minimum wage it is sadly impossible for us to continue operating in a healthy and sustainable way and keeping up our high standards.

Having been involved in the food industry for almost 30 years, the staggering changes that are impacting this industry are just so significant they are causing a catastrophic and irreversible change in the food industry.

We thank all our fabulous dedicated staff, past & present who have worked so hard to help us keep our high standards and serve our local Hinckley and wider community.

Most of all, we offer a huge thank you to every single one of you, our customers who have supported us and enjoyed our food over the years. Thank you for the funny stories, laughs, great conversations shared and memories made.
