As we near the big day I just wanted to pause for a moment and say thank you! 🎄

Over the past two months, we’ve been truly overwhelmed, in the best possible way, by the incredible number of orders, kind messages and support we’ve received from everyone.

The enthusiasm for our products, our story and the charcuterie we’re proud to share has meant more to us than we can put into words.

Every order placed supports the farmers, producers and families behind The Greek Farmer. It helps us continue doing things the right way: sourcing thoughtfully, honouring tradition and bringing authentic flavours from our fields to your table.

We waited, then we waited some more…

We tweaked, then we perfected & we’ve been ever so patient and so happy to announce that our house salami has finally gained the star it deserves!🌟

Styled on a Greek Cypriot village sausage known as Loukaniko which uses the Shinos seed of Cyprus. This seed is indigenous to the Mediterranean, looks like a black peppercorn but when crushed gives this dried sausage its unique earthy, nutty & umami flavour.

Sometimes producing a flavour that’s unique & unknown takes time, patience and perseverance 💥
