Over the next few weeks, we’ll be introducing the wonderful people who’ll be helping make our Retreat Day on the Farm so special.

First up next week will be the lovely , who will be leading our yoga sessions and bringing her calm, grounding energy to the day. We can’t wait for you to meet her.

We’ll also be shining a spotlight on some familiar faces from the farm you may already know and love: , and , sharing a little more about what they’ll be bringing to this nourishing day in nature 🥰

Join us on 7th August for a day designed to help you slow down.

Expect yoga surrounded by nature, sauna sessions with a view, a guided farm walk, a British wildflower workshop, delicious seasonal food, and plenty of time to breathe, relax and soak it all up.
