💼 FULL TIME ROLE (18+)
Are you already working in a cafe or hospitality role and looking for more responsibility, better progression, or just a bit of a change?
💡 This is a hands-on role in a fast paced environment. Most customers are with us for around 45minutes, so speed, organisation, and consistency really matter.
💰 Pay starts at National Living Wage and increases based on your skills and how quickly you develop. The more you can do, the more you earn.
🕒 30+ hours per week
👍🏻 What you’ll be doing:
✅ Making high-quality coffee ☕
✅ Serving customers and running a busy floor ✨
✅ Preparing milkshakes, smoothies, and desserts 🍦
✅ Supporting kitchen prep and food service 🍽️
✅ Helping lead shifts and deputising for Assistant Managers
💡 You’ll be:
✔️ Confident in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Great with customers and a natural people person
✔️ A strong team player and role model for a younger team
✔️ Organised, proactive, and quick to learn
🚀 As you build experience, you’ll take on more responsibility including opens, closes, and leadership on shift.
🕒 PART TIME ROLE (16+)
Perfect for someone looking for weekend or after-school work in a fun, busy environment.
👍🏻 No experience needed, we’ll train you
🕒 Mainly weekend daytime shifts, with some flexibility for weekday cover if it suits
