Mustafa knows you can’t make Bina’s chips with just any potato. They have to be right to hold that iconic family masala salt—a recipe shaped by Pakistani heritage and roots in Sheffield 💕 🍟

Honestly, they're the best chips we've ever had... And it's been so interesting to see such a simple dish evolve over the 3 years Binas have been with us. The amount of work these guys put in to making every item on their menu the best it can be is inspiring. Big big love!

A quick update on some changes coming to Graham’s at Coopers Yard!

​From day one, our approach was always to keep the cafe at Coopers running on the exact same schedule as the other kitchens. While keeping everyone aligned felt like the most practical way to navigate things as a collective back then, running a shared space is always a learning curve.

​As the yard has grown and settled into its rhythm, the demand for early morning coffee has become impossible to ignore. After sitting down with Harry and Siân to look at where things are now, we felt the timing was finally right to try a fresh approach and let the cafe run on its own schedule.

Starting this week, Graham's will operate new hours:
​Wednesday: 7:30am – 12:00pm
​Thursday – Sunday: 7:30am – 6:00pm

​(Please note- other kitchens & the bar will continue running on their usual hours)

​We’re also giving the cafe area a bit of love, with some much comfier seating on the way very soon... Stay tuned 👀

Join us on Friday 16th October from 12pm - 2:30pm!
And right after our Autumn fest market starts at 3pm, with kids pumpkin carving from 4pm.

This workshop is suitable for ages 5+
