We can now revealed the menu for our first ever Wednesday Supper Club series where local chefs will come and host a night of food and fun inside Coopers Yard!

Chloe Desave is our first chef, you've probably seen her behind the counter at Kal's but she has also launched her own catering business, Dining by Desave!

The Menu:

Winter squash, confit garlic labneh, basil

Smoked trout filled pasta, pumpkin and brown butter

Venison, Swiss chard and quince

Apples, pears and raw honey

Chloe’s focaccia to share throughout to mop up sauce

Please contact Chloe before buying a ticket if there are any allergens/ intolerances. Chloe cannot promise but can see if she can cater to them
