Hi everyone, my name is Sam, I live in Torrington and over the past year I've been setting up a smokehouse in the Holsworthy area, producing a range of smoked foods and seasonings.

You may have already come across some of our smoked cheddar at The Cheese Larder, Shapland and Searle in South Molton, and The Whole Jar in Torrington, I'm now delighted to say that Smokey Sam's products are available at The Devon & Cornwall Fish Co in Appledore.

They are now stocking our smoked cheddar, smoked honey bourbon peppercorns, honey smoke roasted nuts, smoked paprika and smoked sea salt, all perfect for adding a little extra flavour to your summer BBQs, grilled meats and seafood.

A huge thank you to the team for supporting local producers. If you're passing through Appledore, pop in and have a look at their fantastic range of fresh fish and local produce.
