Following our ā€˜From lorry to glassā€™ series, we wanted to give you an overview of our process.

It all starts when your ingredients arrive at our site for precision blending and filtering. After specification-led testing in our on-site lab, we carbonate (if needed), fill your product into your choice of format, and pasteurise to ensure a dependable shelf life. Finally, your labels are applied, and your product is palletised, ready for collection.
From arrival to departure, Devon Drinks Solutions handles your liquid with care and precision!

Premium quality. Proven process. Professional results.

Hereā€™s Joe from Devon Drinks Solutions, clutching a bottle of Grumblebee Rum like itā€™s his longā€‘lost sweetheart.

But donā€™t be fooled - thatā€™s only half the love triangle.

Looming behind him is his true obsession: the Tenco Enolmatic vacuum filler. The machine that fills our bottlesā€¦ and apparently fills Joeā€™s heart too. šŸ’˜ļø

Weā€™ve accepted that Joe has two great passions:
šŸ‘‰ Grumblebee Rum
šŸ‘‰ And the piece of Italian engineering he whispers sweet nothings to during bottling runs.

Honestly, if the Enolmatic had arms, Joe would probably cuddle it instead.
(Weā€™re watching you, Joe. šŸ‘€).
