Ethan Roots of Exeter Chiefs and England was at our bakery today.

A meeting and chat with our MD, a tour of our bakery and Martinloaderdevonvale made sure that Ethan left with a few Devonvale goodies to enjoy and maybe share with the team….. if there are any left 😂

Yesterday we held the Great Devonvale Easter Bake Off raising money and awareness for a local charity.

Although we are a bakery of Flapjacks and Traybake based bars, this was a bit of fun for all staff, including office, warehouse and other departments.

At Devonvale we make delicious Flapjacks, Cakes, Crumbles and more……

Whilst our MD loves our Flapjacks and sometimes has one as a breakfast substitute…….he is also a huge Marmite lover and worked for their company at one time.

He has challenged us to make a Marmite based Flapjack, maybe with cheese maybe not.
