Beautiful 3 year old Arabian mare. Type, substance, and a trainable nature. Owned by our friend Lily and based at Combe.

She has an exceptional and sought after pedigree, her sire is based in Ireland, he combines beautiful and performance Russian breeding, with that of the Psyche line and the Champion maker WH Justice. Her dam was bred by us at Combe Farm Arabians. Through her she carries a combination of Egyptian, Polish and Old English breeding. From that of her leading show sire of the year 2016 grandsire Shaka, who has sired horses who have gone onto compete successfully in showing, high level endurance, dressage, jumping, Le Trec and more, to our foundation mare Holly Blue and Polish influence of Wermut who was influential in our breeding programme and adds sport and performance attributes.

She was successfully shown as a foal and would suit many disciplines - endurance, dressage, showing, hacking, or all rounder activities.

Shes been long reined, lunged, and has been lightly backed as befits her age. She has seen traffic including farm machinery, live music, and more, taking it all in quietly. Easy to handle in every way.

Looking for someone to love this 🦄, to stay based with us at Combe Farm Arabians.

As you may have seen on a previous post Syrian Magic returned to us a few weeks ago, we are looking for someone to love her and help build her back up to light hacking. She is an older mare now, but still has plenty of life left in her and we’d love to see her back out hacking (hacks around 1-2 hours), as long as she’s happy when she comes back into work). She is safe and easy (alittle slow) to ride, goes alone or in company, good with other horses. No schooling.

Excellent hacking, roads, off road and open fields, people to hack with. Old photos, she is not currently in work.

Based in Gittisham, financial contribution required.

Flame’s first hack to the village and she was perfect - we saw alot of traffic, went in the field and did some trotting. A star for someone for sure 🤩🔥

Couldn't resist sharing these 😍

The first of our newest arrivals at Combe Farm, we have been busy with new arrivals in many shapes and sizes! These runner ducks - Runner Bean, Dutchie, Penguin and Tufty hatched from some eggs gifted to us by a friend, by some broody hens who can't understand why their babies have such long necks!! 🦕

There have been new and returning faces with the horses on the farm, most of whom will be looking for new homes when they are ready on varying 💰s and abilities, and a couple more expected soon; so if you've contacted looking for horses please do get back in touch as there may now be horses on the yard suitable. These are mostly Arabs, including our beautiful CF Royal Spirit (Tango) and Syrian Magic - who have returned at no fault of their own, Tango will be looking for his new person; and Alysia's (AP Equestrian ) NF ponies. Plus our beautiful girls CF Bella Rosa and CF Flamenco are both available, as I've had people asking; and are progressing with being backed.
