Cold soba or udon with a kakiage tempura (mixed vegetable tempura) and a prawn tempura. It comes with cold mentsuyu (udon/soba noodle sauce)and wasabi.

Summer in Japan is unbearably hot so we eat something cold and easy to eat on the day like that.
