Not a very exciting photo but also: a very exciting photo! I had a slight panic last week as some of the lavender buds had shrivelled up and gone brown like last year. But, after some rain, there are definite signs of life 💚 I will be watching like a hawk in case it needs watering through any dry spells 👀💜

I’ve just seen it’s World Bee Day 🐝 I’m looking forward to the sound of hundreds of bees buzzing on the lavender soon; that’s a sign that it’s blooming and ready to cut for bunches. When the bees leave it’s ready for oil distillation. Aren’t bees wonderful? 💜

Good evening, I can’t believe it’s Sunday again! I’ve had a couple of people ask me about lavender bunches and wreaths this week. We are completely sold out of dried bunches now until the harvest this summer. I will also be making a limited number of wreaths all being well (here’s hoping we don’t have another crop failure like last year). The lavender will begin to bloom around end of June/beginning of July. The countdown begins 💜

I totally forgot to mention that we launched our new look wax melts at the event last weekend! Currently available in two gorgeous scents using only essential oils. Summer Garden contains an uplifting and refreshing blend of lavender and lemongrass. Secret Garden contains a warm and relaxing blend of lavender and orange. Both available on our website 💜 🍋 🍊 💜
