Times are hard right now, and we want to do all we can to give those in need a helping hand.

We know it’s been a real stretch for families this summer, especially those who are struggling, so we’re bringing back our Grab & Go Bags for Kids for anyone who could use the support 💛

Each bag includes a soft roll (ham or cheese), a fresh apple, juice, water, and a few extra goodies.

From lamination to dough prep to carefully baking each treat and keeping every batch up to standard, Elina plays a huge role in making sure everything tastes the way it should. 🥐

We sat down with Elina for a little in-depth interview, where she shares what she loves about the bakery and what drives her passion for baking here at Gwyn’s. 👩🏼‍🍳
