Traditional Method Sparkling 🍾 it’s a term that we hear a lot but not everyone knows what it actually means! It’s the term used globally for sparkling drinks made the same way as Champagne but not from the Champagne region. This is where the second fermentation that gives the drink its bubbles 🫧 happens in the bottle! 🥂

Traditional method sparkling doesn’t just happen though with wine, it can also be done with Cider, Mead or even Beers! We have a few Ciders that are made using the traditional method which gives these ciders a richer and fuller flavour with a soft toasty note! It makes a great alternative to sparkling wine if you want to mix it up or are someone who’s not keen on wine

Happy Sauvignon Blanc Day! 💚

Many of you probably think of French, Sancerre, New Zealand, Marlborough when you hear Sauvignon Blanc. These countries and areas within them are famous for their Sauvignon Blanc, often producing high quality or great value wines that are always going to be a crowd pleaser! However if you want to mix it up today we also have Sauvignon Blanc or Sauvignon Blanc in a blend from: Italy, Germany, Slovenia, Spain, Chile and South Africa! Alternatively we also have a traditional method sparkling Sauvignon, a rose blend with Sauvignon and a sweet wine Sauvignon all from to celebrate today with as well! 💚

Our aim this weekend is to try and showcase some of these wines to you in our tasting machine so you can also celebrate with us and explore the depths of what Sauvignon Blanc has to offer! 🥂
