uggers, wonderful pastries, cakes, sandwiches and filled croissants. During the winter we make fresh soups and salads in the summer. Our shop is 16th Century & was home to the Horsham gaoler who charged the prisoners for better food and beer - the premises returns to its roots? Nearly all of our produce is sourced directly from local producers based within a forty mile radius of Horsham.
