Loved doing another different style to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday!...I feel very old!

Fair to say my cakes have come along way since her first birthday which is how I got started with cakes.

Flowers are handmade wafer paper and the cake was white chocolate and raspberry.

When the youngest turns 13, asks for a McLaren / Lando Norris cake for the third year in a row and you have to contend with a heatwave!

This design wasnt exactly what I had originally planned but pivoting in the heatwave was necessary and chocolate mud cake with caramel buttercream was the perfect choice!

The helmet rotating to reveal his face was fun! 🏎🏎🏎
