Well... after you lovely lot cleared me out thrice last weekend, apparently we're doing it all again. 😂❤️

It's Wednesday, which means it's time for THIS WEEK'S BAKE SHED MENU!

If you tried the White Chocolate Chew Cookie last weekend, you'll know this one's a bit different from my usual cookies — thinner, crispy around the edges and properly chewy through the middle. This week we're going Milk Chocolate. 🤤

Well... I am absolutely BLOODY BLOWN AWAY. ❤️

When I closed The Bake Shed tonight, there were FOUR ITEMS LEFT.

Four. 😳

Considering how much I had in there at the start of the weekend — AND the fact I was already back in the kitchen making extras last night — I genuinely can't quite believe it.

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU to everyone who's been through the doors this weekend. ❤️

Anyway... the children eventually went to bed tonight, which obviously meant any sensible person would also go to bed.

So naturally, I started baking again. 😂

And I'm pleased to report that I've now made:

🍞 Tiger Bread Loaves — TAKE TWO!

This time made with the correct bloody ingredients 😂 and, more importantly, they actually look and smell exactly as Tiger Bread should. Much better.

🍪 Kinder Style New York Cookies — but this time I've switched them up and made them with chocolate cookie dough.

🥜 Snickers Style New York Cookies

AND...

🍓 JAM TOAST COOKIES ARE BACK!

I haven't had these in The Bake Shed for quite some time and I'd almost forgotten just how much I love them.

Honestly, the Jam Toast Cookie has to be one of my all-time favourite biscuits I've ever made. It's such a simple idea but it's SO good, and I'm very happy to have it back in the shed tomorrow.

I would have really liked to get some more brownies and blondies made for you as well, but unfortunately I didn't have everything I needed left in stock.

I briefly considered a late-night supermarket run... then remembered that would involve loading four children into the car and taking them to the supermarket at 10pm on a Saturday night.

And frankly, there is a limit to even my particular brand of madness 🤡

So cookies and bread it is!

Despite you lot doing your absolute best to completely wipe me out today, there WILL be fresh goodies waiting for you tomorrow morning.

Seriously though... four items left.

I'm absolutely blown away by the support this weekend. Every time I think I've got a handle on how much I need to make, you lot come along and prove me completely wrong. 😂

Now I'm going to bed before I get any more bright ideas 🤔😏

Well... you lot were BUSY last night! 😂❤️

Well over half of the stock disappeared, so I was back in the kitchen last night making some extras ready for today!

Alongside everything that's left from yesterday, I've added:

🍪 Kinder Style New York Cookies

🍫 Dairy Milk Caramel New York Cookies

🤍 NEW! White Chocolate Chew Cookies

And this last one is something a little different for The Bake Shed...

Rather than my usual big chunky New York-style cookies, these are thin, crispy around the edges and properly chewy through the middle, absolutely loaded with white chocolate.

I've decided they're officially going to be known as White Chocolate Chew Cookies and I'm very interested to see what you all make of them! 👀

Now for the less successful part of last night's baking...

I also made a fresh batch of Tiger Bread.

Except I didn't have quite the right ingredients for the topping and apparently decided I'd have a go anyway. 🙃

It came out of the oven, I looked at it and thought... that's not right.

Tasted it.

Definitely not right. 😂

So unfortunately there'll be no Tiger Bread for sale today. If I wouldn't be happy buying it myself, it's not going in The Bake Shed.

I'll get the proper ingredients today and make a fresh batch, so Tiger Bread will be back tomorrow morning. 🍞❤️

There's still plenty of cake, brownies, cookies and other goodies to choose from today though – plus all of last night's freshly baked extras.

Thank you SO much for such a busy start to the weekend. I really wasn't expecting quite so much to disappear last night!
