Audrey's Chocolates For almost 80 years, Audrey's has crafted chocolates in Brighton & Hove from a charming townhouse.

Enjoy fondant creams, marzipans, ganache, caramels, and butterscotch. We make up to 10k chocolates daily and we now ship internationally. For over 60 years Audrey’s have established themselves as one of the best chocolatiers in the Country. Our chocolate is made in small batches in our own workshops using only the finest ingredients from around the world. Over the years we have won many awards for our chocolate, but the best award we have received so far is our customer loyalty.

Did you know we make all our butterscotch in-house from scratch?👩‍🍳

Here are 4 facts about butterscotch:
• The word scotch means to cut or score the warm candy before it hardens.
• It gets cooked at a lower temperature than toffee, so it stays smooth instead of snapping.
• A baker named Samuel Parkinson first sold it commercially in Doncaster, England back in 1817.
• Queen Victoria got a tin of it in 1851 and helped turn it into a global sensation.
