Earlier this year we supplied a bottled Cool Water Direct cooler for the National Police Dog Trials at Nostell Priory, and naturally somebody had to check the water was up to scratch.

A quick and genuine thank you to everyone who's followed along since we came back to social media.

It's been a real pleasure sharing a bit of who we actually are - including the team, the miles, the daft photos - and seeing people take the time to like, share and get in touch.

We weren't entirely sure anyone would be that interested in a water cooler company, so this has been a lovely surprise.

Every so often we manage to get the whole lot of us in the same room at the same time, which - given we spend most of the week scattered halfway across the country - is no small achievement.

Food, a few drinks, a live band having a go in the corner, and for once nobody talking about water coolers. Well. Almost nobody.

That isn’t really possible here. There aren’t enough of us 😂

A potential customer rang us recently and the conversation turned to the inevitable question “So how long are we tied in for?”

They sounded genuinely suspicious when we said they weren’t.

There’s no three-year agreement, no carefully hidden notice period and no conversation with a retention department when you decide to leave. You tell us, we collect the cooler, and that’s it.

We’d rather you stayed because the cooler works, the price is fair and we answer the phone when you need us, not because page seven says you have to.

If your business is trying to shrink its footprint, here's an easy one that often gets overlooked.
