I absolutely loved creating this pretty pastel butterfly cake.

I wanted it to have a really whimsical, fun feel, with lots of swirls, ruffles, sprinkles and, of course, lots of butterflies!

And the customer? Well… let’s just say she was very particular about what she wanted! 😂

My customer was actually my 6-year-old granddaughter, so I think I’m allowed to say she was my most difficult and opinionated customer yet! 😂
