Good morning my perfect bunches.
In one week's time, we shall release you from your year of toil and your work will be done.
If, meantime, you could resist fruit-fly, birds, and botrytis, we would be eternally grateful.

🌅 In the twilight of the 2025 season, we take a pause to reflect in these perfect autumn days.

🌞 What a summer it has been. A necessary recompense for last year, when our brilliant winemakers .and.nic suggested they might well throw in the towel if 2025 didn't deliver. We have been blessed.

🍇 And for the first time in 8 months, there is nothing to do but wait. We have pruned and tended, trimmed and tweaked, and fully embraced biodynamic principles. And our grapes have never looked healthier.

⚖️ With sugars already at our desired levels, these next few days will allow acids to mellow before we call our trusty gang of friends and family to harvest.

✨️ Rather like Christmas Eve, it's a moment we long for, yet is tinged with a touch of melancholy that it will all be over for another year. Still there's always a cork to pop to raise the spirits again... 🥂
