Marsden's Confectionery Marsden's Confectionery is a family run business and the award winning fudge and chocolate truffles are handmade following very traditional recipes.

Since 2016 we have won 19 Great Taste Awards from the Guild of Fine Food Our award winning Vanilla Fudge is made to an old and traditional recipe without the use of additives and artificial flavourings. Whilst it has a smooth, creamy melt-in-the-mouth consistency, it is also delightfully crumbly and has often been likened to Scottish Tablet. Vogue Magazine described the Vanilla Fudge as "second to none"!
