I thought I would share a little bit of how Phie's Kitchen came about. I have always enjoyed making cake for friends and family, however, during the first lockdown I started baking for friends, colleagues and neighbours, contact free as a doorstep delivery. This made me think that others may enjoy some tasty treats as well. If you are interested in a cake for an occasion or wanted to treat someone, or yourself, please contact me for more details.
