Dairy free vanilla panna cotta with blueberry compote 🤤

Silky, creamy and completely gluten and dairy free!

This recipe uses our PureOaty Creamy & Enriched oat drink for the base to make the panna cotta silky smooth and creamy. Topped with a homemade blueberry coulis, this dessert is an absolute show stopper.

Recipe (Serves 4)
🫐500ml PureOaty Creamy & Enriched oat drink
🫐60g caster sugar
🫐1 tsp vanilla extract
🫐2 tsp powdered agar agar

Blueberry compote:
🫐200g frozen blueberries
🫐40g caster sugar
🫐1 tbsp lemon juice
🫐1 tbsp lemon zest

Method:
- In a saucepan, combine PureOaty Creamy & Enriched oat drink, caster sugar, agar agar and vanilla extract. Heat gently over a medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the oat drink is warm. Simmer for 2-3 minutes whisking occasionally, make sure not to boil this mixture.
- Take the mixture off the heat and let it cool down to room temperature before pouring into your ramekins or glasses.
- Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or overnight until it’s completely set.
- To make the blueberry coulis, add frozen blueberries, sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest to a saucepan and cook on a medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from the heat and let this cool completely before serving. Store the coulis in the fridge until you’re ready to serve the panna cotta.

This is the perfect Spring dessert. It’s light, creamy and perfect for sharing with friends and family!

Today is International Coeliac Awareness Day 💛

A day to raise awareness of a serious autoimmune condition that affects 1 in 100 people. Yet it’s estimated that 64% of people with coeliac disease may be undiagnosed, meaning many are living with symptoms that affect daily life without knowing the cause.

We’re proud to offer delicious products carrying the Coeliac UK Crossed Grain Trademark, giving you extra peace of mind when choosing what to eat.

No one should feel isolated or like an outsider for needing to eat differently. Everyone deserves to enjoy food safely - whether that’s eating out or feeling confident in the food they bring home. Gluten free should never feel like an afterthought.

We know there’s still more to do to make food more inclusive for everyone. But raising awareness of symptoms, encouraging earlier diagnosis, and creating safe, delicious food are all important steps towards making a real difference.
