Time to catch up on what I've been upto ... again! This conductor is made from chocolate and was my contribution to our branch table for the recent SE British Sugarcraft Guild exhibition. This is what I love doing makeing and creating in sugar.

Today, I did a thing.....I played my 1st gig with Bloco Fogo !!!!
I joined the intake in October, and each week, I trot down to rehearsal with this amazing bunch of people, and I love it !
I spend most of the time learning my beats and steps and hoping my tongue isn't out ! ( it makes room for the brain, btw)
I was so nervous this morning, but I did it. Thank you to you all for being fantastic. See you next week ! X###

Under the sea cakes are definitely one of my favourites to make, I think It must be the chance to be creative ! The brief for this cake was that it needed to include a whale shark & and jellyfish, which I loved making x
