A lovely Cortado AND it’s a dark roast !!!!
Now I don’t normally like dark roasts but this is an exception! It’s a Greek coffee in a Greek cafe in Cardiff.

My coffee tour continues with a short stop at this little coffee shop in Reading. A Brazilian single origin which has an almond feel with a medium to dark finish. I would be interested in tasting this as a medium roast but it cuts through the milk well

Technology is amazing!
Using no chemicals they’ve managed to take the caffeine out of these beans without compromising the taste!!!!

We often hear the words “support the high street” but does your high street support local business too?
At we roast in Ilfracombe and use ethically sourced specialty coffee which means it’s a higher quality than standard commodity coffee. Maybe ask your favourite cafe if they buy local?
