Our lovely heifers, Gloria, Geraldine and Gertrude, from Lincolnshire Lowlines have settled into our herd so well since arriving back in February.

They're such sweet-natured girls and always happy to come over for a fuss or to have a nose to make sure whatever job you're doing in their field is being done properly!

We're looking forward to continuing their halter training over the coming weeks and hopefully show them off in the show ring in August at Midsomerset Show At Shepton Mallet 🤞✨

And for the first time since 2018, we've had more heifer calves than bull calves! 🥳

Enkangala Beech welcomed her first calf recently, and she's proving to be a fantastic mum. Her little heifer, sired by Rotherwood Qointreau On Ice, was up on her feet within minutes and getting plenty of attention from Mum straight away.

We might be slightly biased, but we're really pleased with all of the calves this year. They've got plenty of character already, and we're looking forward to watching them grow and develop over the coming months. 🌟

🐮 Calving Catch-Up 🐮

Our girl Brooke has done it again and has given us a red bull calf! ❤️

Brooke consistently produces some fantastic calves, and this little lad is no exception. Sired by Rotherwood Qointreau On Ice, he’s already showing plenty of promise including grumpy bull eyebrows at the ready. We’re excited to watch him grow and can’t wait to get him out to the shows with us this summer. ☀️
