Today was honestly a really difficult day for our little team ☹️
Everything that could have gone wrong seemed to go wrong, and unfortunately that meant some of you were left disappointed — and I am so deeply sorry for that.
The team worked incredibly hard under a lot of pressure, but we still made mistakes, and I take full responsibility for that. That’s never the experience I want anyone to have when they walk up to our hatch.
If we let you down today, please reach out to me directly. I would genuinely love the opportunity to make things right.
To everyone who waited patiently, showed kindness, or continues to support my little business even on the hard days — thank you from the bottom of my heart. Small businesses are built on people like you, and I’ll never take that support for granted 💛
I’m back next week and things should hopefully return to a bit of normality.
We’ll learn from today, regroup, and come back better next week. I really hope you’ll give us another chance and come see us again soon.
