🕛 Sunday to Wednesday: 12pm to 5pm

🕛 Thursday to Saturday: 12pm to 8pm

Still bringing all your favourites, just switching things up a little for the quieter months.

This time it’s Luke.

🍟 Favourite dish: Scotsman Fries

😤 Biggest work pet peeve: Deliveroos landing at 7.29pm 😂
🥤 Go to drink: Fanta Orange
🧹 Job he somehow always ends up doing: Brushing the floor
😂 Favourite thing about the team: The great banter we all have
🙃 Customer question he’s heard enough times: “Are you Ollie?”
🚨 Most likely to get him into trouble: JAMES CONNIFF

Luke’s one of those people you’ll usually spot somewhere in the middle of the chaos.

Whether he’s serving, helping out, brushing the floor for the 400th time or getting dragged into whatever James is up to, he’s always right in amongst it.

He’s here for the banter, the Scotsman Fries and apparently the occasional identity crisis when someone asks if he’s Ollie 😂

So if you see him next time you’re in, say hello.

We’ve opened the doors and now we need a couple more people to join the crew.

Weekend Kitchen Porter / Dishwasher
Part time, mainly weekends. Keeping the kitchen moving, dishes under control and jumping in with general cleaning and kitchen jobs.

Front Line Team Member
Serving customers and building burritos, bowls, tacos and nachos right in front of them. You’ll need to be quick, friendly and comfortable chatting to people when it gets busy.

Experience is handy, but attitude matters more. We can teach the rest.

The Canal is closing next week while we pull the crew into the Market and get ANCHO up and running 🌮
