We've been away for a long time but we are back in the driving seat and ready to go 🙌🏼
A return visit to Linn House to create a special dinner and five star service for 16 VIP's from India, visiting the Chivas Brothers distillery in Keith.
They liked it so much they invited us back the following Monday 🙌🏼

Late posting these as this event was the end of May and we went straight into two weddings afterwards! ​

This was one of our corporate events. Ambassadors of World Wildlife Fund were invited to 'choose a challenge' and hike Cape Wrath and the surrounding area for three days. ​
​
Bankers, models, actors, actresses, sportsmen and women from across the UK were subjected to the changeable Highland weather and we were tasked with providing healthy vegan breakfast, lunches and dinner for all the guests. ​
​
Folk duo Kate and Roddy performed scottish folk songs with a twist and taught the guests some ceilidh dancing in Kinlochbervie village hall after some whisky tasting.

We also had a fantastic performance from performing some of his own songs too 🙌🏼

It was a great few days despite the weather!

We collaborated with to execute a 6 course taster menu.

We took great care of these VIP's so they could enjoy their culinary experience with a relaxed and professional service.

We have been incredibly busy the last few weeks providing Fine Dining at home for many of you across the length and breadth of Scotland. ⠀
Seemingly a popular choice whilst restrictions work their way back into our everyday lives.⠀
We will continue with private dining and continue to be stringent on hygiene and mask wearing.⠀

Two events in succession here at Dornoch Castle.
