Away from the coast Scotland's remote and tranquil glens are the habitat for the finest non-farmed wild venison. Coast & Glen's priority is fresh quality produce and this is achieved by sourcing from our own boat and farm. W

e also deal direct with individual Scottish fishing boats and estates. By doing this we ensure the freshest quality possible. Time is the key and by using the most up to date in transport technology we can guarantee exceptional quality on a daily basis.

Great news a huge herring spawning ground has been discovered in Wester Ross

It is hoped the find is a positive step towards the restoration of herring stocks which were wiped out by overfishing.

"I was brought up on a farm in the Highlands of Scotland and also enjoyed local seafood from the Cromarty Firth. I have achieved my ambition of owning and working my own fishing boat and am proud to supply some of the best shellfish in the North East of Scotland to local high quality restaurants and hotels. Everyone should expect and experience the pleasure of quality local products and I turned my hard work approach to setting up Coast and Glen to bring the unique taste of Scotland to the whole of the UK" Magnus Houston
