Two slightly mismarked in-lamb ewes available:

2 crop ewe- Lauderdale Kumquart scanned with triplets to Janetstown Laird due 23rd January. Excellent mother- two of her ewe lambs this year were perfectly marked and have been retained for the flock.

1 crop ewe- Druid Temple Larah scanned twins to Hayberries Lazarus due 23rd January. Full sister was Female and Reserve champion at Black Isle Show 2023 as a lamb. Reared twins at her first lambing this year with no issues at all.

For sale only due to numbers having crept up. Both started with thin but complete blazes that have split as they’ve aged. Otherwise well marked.

Mv accredited.

Well, it turns out today wasn’t a great day to be standing in a cold shed dressing sheep 🥶 Video of Druid Temple Luna (Lot 13 tomorrow) scanned a single to Hayberries Lazarus. Luna’s full sister is also for sale tomorrow - Lot 14, scanned twins to Hayberries Lazarus. Both gimmers are out of an Aquila Action Man daughter and sired by Barmurrie K2.

Photos in comments of lambs Macarena (Lot 15) and Marnie (Lot 16). Macarena is sired by a Barmurrie K2 son and out of Killymallaght Foxtrot who has been one of our most reliable ewes.

Will be sad to part with these girls but Stuart Grant says I have too many 😬

Lot 12 will no longer be forward.

Prep finally underway for Friday’s Highland Zwartbles Sale at Dingwall & Highland Marts Limited

This is Druid Temple Marnie (out of a home bred ewe and sired by Barmurrie K2) who was part of the group of ewe lambs (which also included Macarena, also for sale on Friday) who were 1st in the small flock section of the Scottish branch flock comp this year.

Also had a successful scanning at the weekend with the gimmers and ewe entered in Friday’s sale all confirmed in lamb. Druid Temple Jive and Druid Temple Luna scanned single and Druid Temple Louella scanned twins.

Jive ran with Janetstown Laird and the 2 gimmers ran with Hayberries Lazarus.
