"Went for lunch with the hubby, we both had the classic burger with chips and vanilla milkshake. The food was so fresh and tasty. You can tell the burgers are made of quality meat, the bun was so fresh as was the salad. The chips were deliciously crunchy but fluffy on the inside. The milkshake was made with actual ice cream. I can honestly say I haven’t had such a tasty burger and chips. It’s one place you definitely need to try if you’re in Inverness.”

〜 I think I could live on beans on toast, never cease to get too much!

❓ What do you think makes the perfect burger?
〜 A perfect burger for me has to be about textures and it’s hold. Nothing worse when the bun disintegrates and the filling slides out everywhere

We are celebrating Pride month with our very own burger creation...

Beef patty, mustard mayo, avacado, beef tomato, red onion, baby gem in a softie style burger roll

✍️ This special is an ode to the pioneering American TV chef and food author James Beard. In 1945 he was the first chef to demonstrate cooking on network television. In 1986, the James Beard Foundation was established - a scholarship program which helps culinary students continue American culinary traditions. Due to homophobia, James Beard was a closeted gay man until he officially came out in his memoir in 1981, only four years before his death. We took this inspiration from one of Jame’s burger recipes to celebrate the life of James and show our support for Pride month.
