Saturday, completed it mate, get the violins out, I was by myself whilst Dave catered for my guests at Ness Side Estate. 3 weeks solid ☑️ ☑️☑️☑️☑️

Seriously, is there an easier option than ordering and picking up on our 1 metre long trays, ready to unwrap and display for your guests.

I can’t even begin to tell you how many times over the years I have arrived at a clients door and they’ve had their hair and make up done, the house is ready and theyre just waiting on the guests arriving …. Doesn’t get much easier.

I also can’t believe how much easier things are since moving down to Grant Street, as much as I lovers our space in Crown we had outgrown it, probably before we moved in, and there just wasn’t the space to prep and store the volume of outside catering we do.

We’ve slotted right into Grant Street, we have a much bigger prep kitchen and have opened up the front area as a takeaway, come see us , 25 Grant Street, IV3 8BN

We have cakes, bakes and banter, oh and Buddha Bowls, we have Buddha Bowls 🙈😱

Just a few of the buffets that went out Friday and Saturday. I still have a wedding afternoon tea to take out to Wildwoodz Inverness BUT I’m essentially done. DONE, almost an hour ago and it’s all thanks to two extra pair of hands ………. I honestly don’t know how I managed without them and that’s only the first weekend they’ve worked 💃🏻

I can’t thank them enough, what a game changer for me. The stars aligned when this pair came along

Actually killing time until 2.30pm …. First time for everything 🤣🤣🤣

Getting alot of enquiries now about Summer youth club & our activities go karting, paddleboarding , ceramics , paint pour Palavas & many more . £15 for 5 days of activities plus lunch , £3 per day .
Unfortunately after being open for 4 days to sign up & register we had 2 young ppl for week 1. So have cancelled week 1 & put to week 2 , if we do not get the young ppl we can not run the activities.
Week 2& 3 fully booked
So please do not say there is nothing to do !
We are running activities but ppl not signing up !

Thanks so much for your patience the last few months, sadly we said goodnight to another beautiful cousin on Wednesday. Losing one in March was bad but this is f*****g hard!

I have a very, very busy day Saturday, a few things going out Sunday morning and I’m hoping to be on the first train to Landan Town ON SUNDAY 🙈.

I’m away until Friday but will check emails.

Moving forward I will be making some changes to the t’s and c’s. It’s very time consuming delivering and then arranging to collect the wooden trays you have all grown so fond of, sometimes taking an hour of my time each way, not to mention the time arranging a mutual time for collection.

I will have the option to collect and return within 48 hours, I’m reluctant to have to take deposits or make a charge but with the cost of ingredients and such like increasing all the time, as I’m sure you have noticed in your own shopping, I do fear I may have to do this.

These changes will not affect current bookings. It will also be necessary to have made full payment at least 1 week prior to your booking and a deposit will be required to secure the date for large numbers.

It’s the first time I’ve gone down this route since I’ve started but feel the changes are necessary.

Finishing on a positive note, my are available to buy in our butcher Hastie & Dyce Butchers and in our takeaway . They can also be included in your buffet for an additional cost.

Anyhow, way past my bedtime for a 5 am start, see ya on the flip side xoxo

started at 4am hanging the washing out, back to bed for a couple of hours, into work getting bashed on A N D ….. realise I have mixed up the ingredients for the orzo salad and the carrot salad, they’re very tasty btw but managed to stop my self adding the feta to the carrots 😱 only just!!!

Warm bath and an early night for me to face 🤣🤣
