Some prebiotics to help my gut stay healthy! Toasted sourdough bread, butter and our honey 🤔 Now I am thinking …should have added some natural yoghurt to my breakfast 🤔 🍯🐝 🍯

🌸🐝 Beautiful, useful and loved by pollinators!

The Obedient Plant (Physostegia virginiana) is a gorgeous late-flowering perennial, producing elegant pink flower spikes that provide valuable nectar for bees, butterflies and other pollinators when many summer flowers are beginning to fade.

It’s a wonderful addition to wildlife-friendly gardens and is especially useful in moister soils. Traditionally, the plant has also had some medicinal uses, although today it is best appreciated as an ornamental and pollinator-friendly garden plant.

A beautiful reminder that our gardens can be both stunning and supportive of wildlife.🌿💗🐝
