Undoubtedly, these baby back ribs are quite possibly the most substantial you’ll ever come across. We personally carve these generous cuts, as we’ve yet to encounter a processor with the audacity to meet our standards. Every piece is meticulously handcrafted from specially selected UK Pigs, boasting all the qualities we require. Frankly, I’m uncertain whether these are simply sublime or bordering on the absurd, but one thing is indisputable – they are absolutely phenomenal!

Veal Prime Rib Steak… all I can say is, fabulous. What a luxurious texture, it’s just different. Soft, flavoursome and quite simply delicious. No strong flavours here but that’s not what you’d expect. Every steak has its time to deliver and it’s worthy place in my book. I kept this cook simple so as not to overpower the delicate flavour, more enhance. This particular one got the Italian Stallion treatment, although only sparingly used to keep the balance. 😍
